About Us

CustomerCare.org is an independent service to help resolve complaints people may have with defective goods, poor service, mistakes and other problems when dealing with all types of businesses and organizations. We take no sides. We provide users with the facilities and prompts to state their complaint and upload supporting documents like receipts, bills, letters or photos. When they're happy with the report, we'll get it in front of a Director or senior decision-maker for an answer.

We constantly monitor the issue using our advanced tracking system. We send reminders by email, fax, post, make phone calls and escalate the case to ensure it isn't forgotten.

Our mission is to "Take it to the Top" and be sure all complaints get the attention they deserve.
